Styla is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the Styla site. By accessing this site, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this privacy statement.
The personal information provided by the users of this site will be collected and used by Seberg in compliance with the Italian and EU laws 95/46/CE and 2002/58/CE issued by the European Parliament and the Council of Europe, according to the legislative decree of the 30th of June 2003 n. 196 and its following amendments.

1. Collection and use of your personal information

Styla uses your personal information to provide you with the services and the support required, to update you about the latest news, to present promotional offers and Seberg activities in general.
Styla will collect your personal information for the following purposes:
a) to provide a service or carry out a transaction or service that you have requested or authorized;
b) to market its products or activities by sending e-mail newsletters, mms or sms messages;
c) to inform you about Seberg products and services;
d) to outline customer and client profiles;
e) to do market research and to help us to improve our products and services.
To prevent unauthorized disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information provided, Styla has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and update the information collected;

2. Use and control af your personal information

The personal information collected on this site will be used by Styla and/or its branches and /or its retailers to operate the site and to provide the services or carry out the transactions you have requested or authorized. Your data may also be transferred to third-party companies working with Styla in Italy, in the EU or outside the EU on the condition that the country of destination may ensure a proper privacy policy.
Personal data may also be communicated to electronic service providers, banks, financial brokers, credit institutions and any other lending company, to providers of data processing systems, insurances, consultants or professional men who work with Seberg, to debt recovering companies, packing and shipping agencies, research institutions and non-profit associations or foundations.

3. User’s rights

Styla, established in Italy, Via C.A. dalla Chiesa n. 10/40 24048 Treviolo (BG), is the personal information holder and is responsible for the data collection and use. In appliance to the art. 7 of the legislative decree 196/2003 you can contact us in written for the following:

1) to have information about the way we got or collected your personal information, to know the purposes, the use and control practices of your data, to know the procedures we use to protect your data when collecting them electronically, to know who is the holder and who is responsible for their use, to know the name of whoever may have been transferred your personal information;

2) to update, change or integrate your data, to cancel them, to make them anonymous or to stop the access of those data which have been used in violation of the law. This also applies to the personal information whom storage is not necessary for the purposes they have been collected or used. You may also require that any third parties who may have been transferred your data will be acknowledged of the above changes, unless the acknowledgement would be impossible or otherwise excessively difficult or expensive compared to the protection that your right should be granted.

3) to forbid, for any legitimate reason, the use of your personal information, even if their use conforms to the purposes they have been collected for. To forbid the use of your data for the purposes of sending information about our products and services, of direct sale , of market research and of promotional offers.

At the time of the publishing of this site there is no person specifically in charge of the use and control of your personal information. In the case anyone would be made responsible of their use the updated list of the staff involved will be made available on this section.
